In the event that the Goods do not get delivered to you or get returned to sender, Elvish Honey may, at their discretion, refund the monies paid for the Goods less the postage / freight charged. Elvish Honey will not refund on damaged Goods.
Refunds will only be paid once an investigation has been lodged with the courier post and they have confirmed that the goods have not been delivered to you.
The refunded amount will be in USD and will be refunded at the exchange rate at the time of refund, not the time of purchase.
7. PAYMENT
Payment must be effected in the manner described on the Website. Prices are inclusive of SST unless otherwise stated. 11. DEFECTIVE GOODS

12. NOTIFICATION OF PROBLEM
Elvish Honey shall not be liable for any damage, discrepancy or shortage in the Goods unless you notify Elvish Honey and the carrier within 48 hours of the time of delivery of the Goods. In the event of total failure of the Goods to reach their destination Elvish Honey shall not be liable unless you notify Elvish Honey within fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase.
