  • The indigenous flora and the remarkable grayanotoxin thrive under the nurturing embrace of antioxidants and flavonoids.
  • A mere 5Kg of this precious nectar, meticulously harvested, will yield a limited collection of 33 exquisite 150ml bottles in the year 2024.
  • The pursuit of this elixir demands unwavering determination, as it entails an arduous 8-hour hike to the source, an enchanting overnight stay amidst nature's embrace, a morning of delicate harvest, and a triumphant journey back, shared by three valiant beekeepers.

How Do We Cultivate?

This is an eight-hour walk into the Black Sea Mountains' densest valley. After two hours of hiking, our team walks for six hours and eventually climbs the safeguard tree. They gather honey and spend the night in camp. The following day, our team use the same path to return. We only visit outside of the harvest once a year, and the quantity of harvest varies annually.
